Who we are
Capaz (“Capaz,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing and AI automation service for local businesses, operated by Espinoza Growth Systems, based in Fresno, California. This policy describes what information we collect through usecapaz.com and the Capaz service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy can be sent to usecapaz@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through this website or by email, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message. If you become a Capaz customer, we also collect the business details needed to run the service for you — such as business hours, services offered, your business phone number, and customer contact lists you choose to provide.
Information processed on behalf of customers. When a business uses Capaz, we process that business's customer communications (calls, texts, and lead details) so the service can do its job — for example, so a missed call triggers a text-back. That data belongs to the business; we process it only to provide the service.
Website information. This website is hosted by Vercel, and its domain uses Cloudflare. These providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and run demos you request.
- To provide, configure, and support the Capaz service for customers.
- To send service-related messages you have agreed to receive.
- To operate, secure, and improve our service.
Text messaging (SMS) program
If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, when requesting a demo), we may send you text messages about your inquiry, a product demo, your account, and service updates. Opting in is always your choice. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email usecapaz@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in consent, or message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with the service providers that operate the Capaz platform (for example, customer-relationship, messaging, phone, and email providers) strictly so they can run the service on our behalf, and when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to you, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving text messages.
- Email usecapaz@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- You may contact us without agreeing to receive texts.
Children's privacy
Capaz is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service grows. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
